To serve:
- Place the lime juice, basil and honey in a bowl and whisk to combine well. Stir in the quartered strawberries.
- Cover with cling film and set aside at room temperature for one hour.
- Crumble the shortbread biscuits and layer into the bottom of four serving bowls.
- Divide the strawberries between the bowls and top with a dollop of Greek yoghurt or crème fraîche to serve.
Note: crème fraîche can be used as an alternative to greek yoghurt, if you wish.
