60g white chocolate
120g soft cream cheese, at room temperature
8 shortbread biscuits
200g fresh blueberries
30g dark chocolate, grated
- Place the white chocolate in a small saucepan over a low heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until melted. Remove from the heat, add the cream cheese and stir until well combined.
- Spread or pipe the white chocolate cream cheese mixture over the shortbread biscuits. Top with the blueberries.
- Sprinkle the dark chocolate over the cheesecake bites.
