  1. Cook the sausages according to pack instructions on the barbecue or on an indoor grill.
  2. While the sausages are cooking, in a small bowl mix together the mashed avocado, lime juice and a pinch of salt, pepper and chilli flakes to taste.
  3. To assemble, add the guacamole to each bun, followed by a cooked sausage, then the salsa and a sprinkle of crushed tortilla chips.
