  1. Spread a pizza base with sauce and then top with Mozzarella.
  2. Add the mushrooms, red onion, sweetcorn, green pepper, cherry tomatoes, black olives and pineapple, if you like it.
  3. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan, torn fresh basil and/or dried chilli flakes to taste.
  4. Preheat the oven and bake the pizza according to instructions until golden brown and bubbling.
