200g porridge oats
60g almond butter
85g honey
1 ripe banana, mashed

80g dried mango, chopped

80g desiccated coconut


  1. In a large bowl, stir together the porridge oats, almond butter and honey. Mix until well combined.
  2. Add the mashed banana and stir.
  3. Add the dried mango and stir again until everything is combined. Place in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Put the desiccated coconut in a small bowl. Scoop out about one tablespoon of the oat mixture and use clean hands to roll it into a ball. Roll the ball in the desiccated coconut. Continue until all the mixture has been used; you should end up with about 12 energy bites.
