To decorate

  1. Use a knife to slice the tips off the strawberries. Set the ends to one side.
  2. Sit the strawberries top-down on a plate. Pipe a dollop of whipped cream on to the smaller end and place the cut part of the strawberry back on.
  3. Pipe a smaller dollop of cream on the tip of the strawberry and use chocolate chips and sprinkles to decorate.
