Super green smoothie

Serves 2
300ml almond milk
60g kale
1 banana
60g frozen pineapple
60g frozen mango
1 kiwi, peeled
5cm piece of ginger, peeled
2 tbsp honey
100ml orange
  1. Add the almond milk and kale to a blender and whizz to combine well 
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and whizz until smooth. If the smoothie is too thivk, add in a little more almond milk or orange juice, one tablespoon at a time

Note: Spinach can be used as an alternative to kale, if you wish.
