Summer fruit sangria Easy Food
Serves 8

1 x 750ml bottle of sparkling white wine
600ml cranberry juice
160ml coconut rum, e.g. Malibu
50g blackberries
50g blueberries
50g raspberries
60g strawberries, hulled and quartered


To serve:
Ice cubes


  1. In a large pitcher, combine the wine, cranberry juice and rum.
  2. Add all of the fruit and stir gently. Refrigerate for at least two hours, then serve over ice.
