Serves 4


300g strawberries, hulled
100g raspberries
300ml orange juice
80g Greek yoghurt
1 small banana, roughly chopped
Handful of ice


  1. Combine the strawberries, raspberries, orange juice, yoghurt and banana in a blender. Add the ice and whizz until smooth.
  2. Divide between two glasses and enjoy.

Per Serving: 121kcals, 2.8g fat (0.1g saturated), 24g carbs (14.5g sugars), 2.4g protein, 2.5g fibre, 0.002g sodium
