- Place the sliced strawberries in a large pitcher. Add the lime juice and sugar and muddle together until the sugar dissolves.
- Add enough ice to half-fill the pitcher. Add the mint leaves and rum and stir gently to combine. Top with the soda water and stir briefly.
- Divide amongst six glasses, garnishing each with a sprig of mint and a strawberry.
