Sticky soy chicken wings Easy Food

Serves 4

500g chicken wings
For the marinade:
3 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce
3 tbsp honey

In a large bowl, mix the Kikkoman soy sauce and honey to make the marinade.

  • Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly in the marinade. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for at least two hours, or overnight if possible.
  • Preheat the oven to 200˚C/180˚C fan/gas mark 5. Spread the wings out onto a baking tray and cook in the oven for 25 minutes, tossing occasionally, or until cooked through.
