To serve:

  1. Combine the cumin, chilli powder, ground coriander and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl. Add the steak and toss to coat.
  2. Heat half of the oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. Add the rest of the oil to the pan and cook the peppers and most of the onion — reserve a bit of the onion to serve. Cook for 4-5 minutes until soft and slightly crispy.
  4. Slice the steak, then add it back into the pan, tossing quickly to combine with the peppers, onion and any spices left on the bottom of the pan.
  5. Spread the sour cream and some mango chutney down the centre of the warm naan.
  6. Add the steak, peppers and onion, then top with lettuce, cucumber and the reserved red onion. Serve with sweet potato fries.
