To garnish

  1. Add ice to a cocktail shaker or two large, thick glasses that fit into each other. A jam jar will also do the trick.
  2. Add all the ingredients and shake well, until the coconut cream is fully incorporated.
  3. If frosting the glass with coconut, pour water into a shallow bowl and add the desiccated coconut to a separate plate. Dip the rim of the glass into the water, remove and shake off any excess, then dip the rim into the coconut. Add your prepared cocktail mixture.
  4. To decorate, cut an incision into a Raffaello sweet and place it on the rim of the glass.
