Tick the ingredients you need to add your shopping list.
- Add ice to a cocktail shaker or two large, thick glasses that fit into each other. A jam jar will also do the trick.
- Add all the ingredients and shake well, until the coconut cream is fully incorporated.
- If frosting the glass with coconut, pour water into a shallow bowl and add the desiccated coconut to a separate plate. Dip the rim of the glass into the water, remove and shake off any excess, then dip the rim into the coconut. Add your prepared cocktail mixture.
- To decorate, cut an incision into a Raffaello sweet and place it on the rim of the glass.
