250g milk chocolate chips, or chopped chocolate
8 large marshmallows, cut in half
Digestive biscuits, for dipping
- Preheat the oven to 220˚C/200˚C fan/gas mark 7. Arrange the chocolate in an even layer in the bottom of a small baking dish or a cast iron pan.
- Arrange the marshmallows on top of the chocolate until covered.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes, until the marshmallows are browned and puffed. Remove and leave to sit for 2-3 minutes.
- Break the biscuits in half and use to dip into the s’mores mixture.
