Smoked salmon toasts Easy Food

Serves 2


2 slices brown bread, toasted
2 tbsp soft cream cheese or Ricotta
1 avocado, pitted and sliced
40g smoked salmon
Squeeze of lemon juice
Black pepper

  1. Spread the brown toast evenly with cream cheese or Ricotta.
  2. Add the avocado slices and squeeze over some lemon juice.
  3. Top with smoked salmon and season with black pepper.

Per serving: 359kcals, 24.9g fat (6.7g saturated), 28.8g carbs, 1.7g sugars, 9.7g protein, 9g fibre, 0.82g sodium


MAKE IT YOURS:
To make these even quicker to prepare, use wholegrain crispbreads instead of toasting brown bread. Add some thinly-sliced tomato and/or red onion to increase your intake of fruit and veg.
