Serves 2
4 thick slices of sourdough rye bread
1 tbsp chutney or jam (cranberry is a fine choice)
6 slices of Brie
40g butter
- Toast two of the bread slices.
- Spread with chutney/jam and top with Brie of choice.
- Season with black pepper. Sandwich together with the remaining bread slices.
- Heat the butter in the pan over a medium heat. Add the sandwiches and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden.
