  1. Pour the double cream into a lined baking dish and place the cut buns on top. Add four tablespoons of butter to a small bowl and melt it in the microwave. Stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle this mixture over the rolls.
  2. Cover the baking dish with tin foil and bake according to package instructions.
  3. Mix the remaining softened butter with cream cheese, vanilla extract and icing sugar. Add the milk, one tablespoon at a time, thinning the icing to your desired consistency.
  4. Once baked, slather the rolls in the cream cheese icing. Serve immediately.
