- Pour the double cream into a lined baking dish and place the cut buns on top. Add four tablespoons of butter to a small bowl and melt it in the microwave. Stir in the brown sugar and cinnamon. Drizzle this mixture over the rolls.
- Cover the baking dish with tin foil and bake according to package instructions.
- Mix the remaining softened butter with cream cheese, vanilla extract and icing sugar. Add the milk, one tablespoon at a time, thinning the icing to your desired consistency.
- Once baked, slather the rolls in the cream cheese icing. Serve immediately.
