Salted caramel affogato

Serves 4


120ml boiling water
1tbsp espresso powder
4 scoops of Nobó Salted Caramel Frozen Goodness vegan ice cream


To serve:
Nobó Salted Chocolate, chopped

  1. Remove the ice cream from the freezer five minutes before serving
  2. Whisk the boiling water and espresso powder together in a measuring cup until the powder is completely dissolved (or use an espresso machine to make four shots of espresso).
  3. Place one scoop of the Salted Caramel Frozen Goodness into each of the four dessert bowls or glasses.
  4. Pour two tablespoons (or 1shot) of hot espresso over each. Sprinkle over some Nobó Salted Chocolate and serve immediately.
