To garnish:

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to pack instructions.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients to a food processor along with the basil stalks (reserving the basil leaves for garnish) and blend until smooth.
  3. Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water. Mix the red pepper feta mixture with the warm pasta and a splash of the pasta water, mixing well to create a silky pasta sauce. Serve with fresh basil and freshly ground pepper.
