- Cook the pasta in salted water according to pack instructions.
- Add all the remaining ingredients to a food processor along with the basil stalks (reserving the basil leaves for garnish) and blend until smooth.
- Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water. Mix the red pepper feta mixture with the warm pasta and a splash of the pasta water, mixing well to create a silky pasta sauce. Serve with fresh basil and freshly ground pepper.
