Makes 500ml, easily multiplied
200g cacao butter pellets
1 tbsp coconut oil
3-5 tbsp agave
100g raw cacao powder
Optional flavourings:
Orange zest
Peppermint extract
Dried cranberries
Chopped nuts or whole roasted macadamias
Desiccated coconut
Cacao nibs
- Place a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bottom
of the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Add the cacao butter and coconut oil and allow to melt. Stir in the agave, cacao powder and any flavourings of choice. - Pour the mixture into silicone moulds, filling each mould to the top. Place in the fridge to set.
