To decorate:

  1. Grease a 20 x 24cm baking tin with melted butter. In a saucepan, combine the peanut butter, golden syrup and vanilla extract. Allow to melt slowly over a medium-low heat. Once everything has melted, remove the pan from the heat. Pour in the Rice Krispies. Stir to combine really well.
  2. Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin. Use a spatula to smooth the top and push the mixture right down into the tin. Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Remove the tin from the fridge and pour over the melted chocolate. Spread the chocolate evenly over the top, then drizzle with the melted peanut butter.
  4. Return to the fridge for 5-10 minutes or until the chocolate has set. Cut into squares or bars and enjoy.
