To decorate:
- Grease a 20 x 24cm baking tin with melted butter. In a saucepan, combine the peanut butter, golden syrup and vanilla extract. Allow to melt slowly over a medium-low heat. Once everything has melted, remove the pan from the heat. Pour in the Rice Krispies. Stir to combine really well.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared tin. Use a spatula to smooth the top and push the mixture right down into the tin. Place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the tin from the fridge and pour over the melted chocolate. Spread the chocolate evenly over the top, then drizzle with the melted peanut butter.
- Return to the fridge for 5-10 minutes or until the chocolate has set. Cut into squares or bars and enjoy.
