Pasta medley Easy Food
Serves 4-6
250g orzo pasta
1 carrot, peeled and finely chopped
1 red pepper, deseeded and finely chopped
80g frozen baby peas
60g broccoli florets, finely chopped
80g sweetcorn
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta for seven minutes.
  2. Stir in the carrot, pepper, peas and broccoli and cook for another five minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta and stir in the sweetcorn and oil. Season to taste.
