Orange boost smoothie

Serves 2


1 orange peeled and segmented

1 carrot, peeled and chopped

1 banana

5cm piece of ginger, peeled

50ml orange juice, plus add extra if desired

2 Tbsp lemon juice 

1/4 tsp  turmeric

1/4 tsp cinnamon

50g natural yoghurt


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and whizz until smooth
  2. Add more orange juice to loosen, depending on your preferred thickness
