- Preheat the oven to 160˚C/140˚C fan/gas mark 4
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt and cream until well combined. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough into a thin square and cut into crackers
- Place the squares on two large, non-stick baking trays. Brush with cream and sprinkle with the pinhead oats. Bake for 15-18 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
