1 x 400g tin of coconut milk
125ml almond milk
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla bean paste
2 tbsp sugar-free peanut butter (we like Kelkin)
125g cacao powder
Cacao nibs/dark chocolate shards
- Whisk all the ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer until it reaches the desired temperature.
- Serve with a sprinkling of cacao nibs/dark chocolate shards.
