- In a heatproof jug, dissolve the jelly according to the package instructions, stirring until completely dissolved.
- Arrange the cubes of sponge into a large glass bowl or individual glasses. Top with the fruit, then continue layering to within 3cm of the top of the bowl.
- Pour over the jelly. Place in the fridge until the jelly has set.
- Once set, pour over the custard.
- Top with the whipped cream. Sprinkle on toasted flaked almonds.
