- In a bowl, combine the yoghurt, oats, milk and chia seeds, if using. Stir together well.
- Layer some of the mixture into two large tubs or jars and top with some of the berries. Repeat these two layers until you reach the top of the jars.
- Place in the fridge overnight, and for up to three days. Enjoy at room temperature or heat in the microwave as desired.
