To serve
- In a small, microwave-safe mug or dish, stir together the blueberries and orange juice.
- In a small bowl, combine the butter, maple syrup and flour and mix until smooth. Stir in the milk and vanilla.
- Spoon the cobbler mixture over the top of the blueberries, then scatter with the flaked almonds. Microwave on medium for 3-5 minutes until puffed up.
- Leave to cool for 2-3 minutes, then dust with icing sugar and top with a scoop of ice cream, if desired.
