To serve:

  1. Place the biscuits and 60g Maltesers in a sealable bag, close fully and then roughly crush with a rolling pin. Don’t crush them too finely.
  2. In a separate sealable bag, add the remaining Maltesers and set aside. 
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cream, sugar and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
  4. Fold in the crushed Maltesers. 
  5. Divide the biscuit crumbs amongst four glasses.
  6. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture on top of the biscuit in the glasses. Place in the fridge to chill until ready to serve.
  7. Remove from the fridge and top with some crushed Maltesers
