To serve:
- Place the biscuits and 60g Maltesers in a sealable bag, close fully and then roughly crush with a rolling pin. Don’t crush them too finely.
- In a separate sealable bag, add the remaining Maltesers and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, cream, sugar and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Fold in the crushed Maltesers.
- Divide the biscuit crumbs amongst four glasses.
- Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture on top of the biscuit in the glasses. Place in the fridge to chill until ready to serve.
- Remove from the fridge and top with some crushed Maltesers
