Lactose-free chocolate milkshake Easy Food

Serves 2-4


2 ripe medium bananas, chopped and frozen
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 medjool dates, pitted
4 tbsp almond butter
350ml almond milk

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Whizz until smooth and serve immediately.

Per serving: 382kcals, 30.7g fat (19.8g saturated), 28.5g carbs (15.8g sugars), 6.9g protein, 6.5g fibre, 0.015g sodium

 

TEST KITCHEN TIP
If you’re making this for adults, add 2tsp of espresso powder to make it a mocha milkshake.
