- Preheat the oven to 180 ̊C/160 ̊C fan/gas mark 4. Line a 20cm square tin with non- stick parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add the butter and sugars and beat until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
- Stir in the flour and white chocolate chips until just combined.
- Pour the mix into the prepared tin.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and dollop on the jam and add the Jammie Dodgers on top. Bake for a further 10 minutes until golden and with a slight wobble.
- Leave to cool in the tin. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
