  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ̊C/160 ̊C fan/gas mark 4. Line a 20cm square tin with non- stick parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, add the butter and sugars and beat until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
  3. Stir in the flour and white chocolate chips until just combined.
  4. Pour the mix into the prepared tin.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and dollop on the jam and add the Jammie Dodgers on top. Bake for a further 10 minutes until golden and with a slight wobble.
  6. Leave to cool in the tin. Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
