4 slices brioche bread
4 tbsp orange liqueur
1 pineapple, cubed
4 passion fruits
200g whipped cream
50g desiccated coconut, toasted
- Cut the slices of brioche bread into cubes. Place in the bottoms of four glasses. Spoon one tablespoon of orange liqueur over the brioche in each glass.
- Add a few pieces of cubed pineapple to each glass. Slice the passion fruits in half and scoop the seeds over the pineapple.
- Divide the whipped cream amongst the glasses and sprinkle on desiccated coconut. 4 Chill in the fridge until ready to serve.
