- Preheat the oven to 200˚C/180˚C fan/gas mark 6. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, olive oil and half of the Parmesan. Set aside.
- Cut green beans crosswise into thirds. Cook in boiling water for 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender, then drain and rinse under cold running water. Pat dry with kitchen paper.
- Toss the green beans together with the goat’s cheese, cream, salt, black pepper and the remaining Parmesan. Pack the mixture into four ramekins. Cover each ramekin with tin foil and place on a baking tray.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then remove the foil and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs. Bake for 8-10 minutes longer or until golden. Leave to stand for five minutes before serving.
