  1. In a bowl, beat together the dry ingredients - butter,  brown sugar, orange zest, cinnamon and ginger - until well combined.
  2. For each cocktail, combine 30g of the spiced butter with 50ml dark rum in a heatproof glass or a mug. Fill to the top with boiling water and stir until the butter melts.
