120g butter
100g brown sugar
1tsp grated orange juice
¾ tsp cinnamon
¾ tsp ginger
50ml dark rum (per cocktail)
Boiling water

In a bowl, beat together the dry ingredients – butter, brown sugar, orange zest, cinnamon and ginger – until well combined.
- For each cocktail, combine 30g of the spiced butter with 50ml dark rum in a heatproof glass or a mug. Fill to the top with boiling water and stir until the butter melts.
