8 very ripe peaches, peeled, stoned, sliced and frozen
3 tbsp agave nectar
120ml natural yoghurt
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

- Add the frozen peaches, agave nectar (or honey), yoghurt and lemon juice to the bowl of a food processor. Whizz for about five minutes until creamy.
- Serve the frozen yoghurt immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store it in the freezer for up to one month.
Note: honey can be used as an alternative to agave nectar, if you wish.
