  1. Toss the chicken in the harissa paste and set aside for a minimum of 40 minutes. Leave it to marinade in the fridge overnight for even more flavour.
  2. Toss the potatoes in the oil.
  3. Add the chicken and the potatoes in an even layer to the air fryer basket, and cook for 10 mins at 180°C. Turn the chicken and cook for a further 10 mins. Then add the broccoli to the basket and cook for 3-5 more minutes. Serve immediately.
