- Toss the chicken in the harissa paste and set aside for a minimum of 40 minutes. Leave it to marinade in the fridge overnight for even more flavour.
- Toss the potatoes in the oil.
- Add the chicken and the potatoes in an even layer to the air fryer basket, and cook for 10 mins at 180°C. Turn the chicken and cook for a further 10 mins. Then add the broccoli to the basket and cook for 3-5 more minutes. Serve immediately.
