  1. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Fill plastic or piping bag with your favourite flavour of yoghurt. Snip the corner of the bag off to create a hole about 2cm across.
  3. Pipe small, 2cm dollops of yoghurt in rows on the prepared baking tray.
  4. Place in the freezer for at least four hours before eating. If you want to keep them longer, leave them on the baking tray overnight, then transfer them to an airtight container.
