  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ̊C/160 ̊C fan/gas mark 4.
  2. Slice the baguette into 10-12 even slices, cutting at a diagonal angle.
  3. Place the slices onto a large baking tray and toast in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until golden, turning half way through so that the other side can crisp up.
  4. Meanwhile, slice the Camembert into 1⁄4 inch slices and cut the figs into four slices.
  5. Top the toasted baguette slices with Camembert, figs, honey and a sprinkling of thyme.
  6. Transfer the baguette slices back into the oven and bake for another five minutes, until the cheese is slightly melted.
  7. Drizzle more honey over the figs to serve.
