- Preheat the oven to 180 ̊C/160 ̊C fan/gas mark 4.
- Slice the baguette into 10-12 even slices, cutting at a diagonal angle.
- Place the slices onto a large baking tray and toast in the oven for 7-10 minutes or until golden, turning half way through so that the other side can crisp up.
- Meanwhile, slice the Camembert into 1⁄4 inch slices and cut the figs into four slices.
- Top the toasted baguette slices with Camembert, figs, honey and a sprinkling of thyme.
- Transfer the baguette slices back into the oven and bake for another five minutes, until the cheese is slightly melted.
- Drizzle more honey over the figs to serve.
