Espresso martini Easy Food
Makes 1

Handful of ice
25ml vodka
35ml Tia Maria or Kahlua
35ml espresso or very strong coffee, cooled
Coffee beans, to garnish

  1. Put a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker and add the vodka, liqueur and coffee. Close tightly and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass and top with coffee beans. Serve immediately.
