- Place the crushed biscuits into a bowl with the melted butter. Mix together until they are combined, then press the mixture into the base and sides of a 23cm tin. Refrigerate the tin for 10 minutes.
- Use a spoon or spatula to spread the caramel over the base.
- Scatter the bananas over the top, then add big dollops of the cream and decorate with grated chocolate. Store the pie in the fridge until you’re ready to eat.
