2 tbsp tomato salsa
1 wholemeal wrap
75g of sliced beef or chicken/turkey
1 tomato, chopped
25g cheddar cheese, grated
1 scallion, chopped
- Spread the salsa down the centre of the wholegrain wrap. Top with sliced beef, lettuce, tomatoes, Cheddar and scallions.
- Fold the shorter sides over the centre of the filling, then fold one of the longer sides over the filling. Roll the burrito over to secure, then pack into a lunchbox.
