20ml ruby port
25ml orange juice
120ml sparkling wine
- Combine the port, brandy and orange juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Put the lid on the shaker and shake well.
- Strain the mixture into a Champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine or Champagne.
