4 peaches, peeled and sliced, then frozen
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp honey
- Place the frozen peach slices in a food processor and whizz until smooth.
- Add the water and honey and whizz again until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately or return to the freezer until ready to serve.
