Serves 2
100g milk or dark chocolate, chopped
100g white chocolate, chopped
120ml double cream
500ml milk
To serve:
Whipped cream (optional)
Marshmallows (optional)
- In a saucepan, stir together the milk or dark chocolate, white chocolate, double cream and milk.
- Cook over a medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the hot chocolate comes to a simmer, but don’t let it come to a boil.
- Remove from the heat and serve immediately topped with whipped cream or marshmallows
