To serve:

  1. In a saucepan, stir together the milk or dark chocolate,  white chocolate, double cream and milk.
  2. Cook over a medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the hot chocolate comes to a simmer, but don’t let it come to a boil.
  3. Remove from the heat and serve immediately topped with whipped cream or marshmallows

Note: Dark chocolate can be used as an alternative to Milk chocolate, if you wish.
