For the coffee mix:
2 tbsp instant coffee
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp boiling water
- In a bowl, add the instant coffee, sugar and boiling water. Using a hand whisk or an electric mixer, whisk until the mix becomes thick and fluffy. It will be like meringue at the soft peak stage.
- In a glass, add a few ice cubes and pour over the cold milk. Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top.
- Serve and stir before drinking.
Tip: This coffee can also be made hot. Pour the milk into a heatproof jug and microwave for about 35-45 seconds. Pour it into your mug of choice and spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top.
