  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/ gas mark 4. Lightly oil a small baking dish and set aside.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream together in a medium bowl until well-combined. Add the garlic, most of the cheeses, all the spinach, artichokes, and spring onions. Season with salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper and fold everything together to combine.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the baking dish and sprinkle over the remaining cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden. Can be eaten warm or cold with your favourite tortilla chips or crudités.
