Crab and avocado crostini

Serves 1

1 Juvela Gluten Free Part Baked Roll
1 small avocado
75g fresh or tinned crab meat
½ a red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh coriander, roughly chopped
Zest and juice of ½ a lime

  1. Cut the part baked roll into slices approx. 1cm thick.
  2. Lightly brush both sides of each slice with olive oil.
  3. Place on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes until golden.
  4. Meanwhile, mash the avocado. Mix together the crab meat, chilli, coriander, lime juice and zest. Season well with black pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of avocado onto each slice of roll. Top with the crab mixture and serve.
